1. Definitions

• "Silvergrove", "we", "us", "our": Silvergrove, operating from 67 Montri Road, Talat Nuea, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
• "Service(s)": the plain-language information sessions, document gathering help, and seasonal records service offered by Silvergrove.
• "Client", "you", "your": any individual who accesses this website or engages with our Services.
• "Website": the website at silvergrovel.sbs.
• "Agreement": these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website or booking any of our Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or engage our Services.

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By engaging with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have full capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Description of Services

Silvergrove provides the following non-regulated services:

• Plain-Language Information Sessions: Small group educational talks about how retirement provisions generally work, with printed takeaway notes. Sessions run monthly at our Phuket office.
• Document Gathering Help: One-to-one assistance organising personal paperwork into a labelled folder with a checklist. All original documents remain with the client at all times.
• Seasonal Records Service: Four in-person visits per year to review the currency of documents, dates, and reference numbers.

Our Services constitute general information and administrative support only. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any service requiring a professional operating licence. Nothing communicated by Silvergrove should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

4. Booking and Payment

Services are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are as stated on our website at the time of booking and are denominated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The current service fees are:

• Plain-Language Information Session: ฿3,600 per person
• Document Gathering Help: ฿8,900 per session
• Seasonal Records Service: ฿23,900 per year (covering four visits)

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 5 business days before a scheduled session or visit will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional charge, but are non-refundable unless Silvergrove is unable to provide the Service.

If Silvergrove cancels a booking for any reason, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when booking
• Attend at the agreed time or give reasonable notice of any change
• Treat our staff and other attendees with courtesy
• Not record sessions without prior written agreement
• Use information provided for personal purposes only, not for redistribution or commercial use

7. Intellectual Property

All written materials produced by Silvergrove — including printed notes, checklists, and website content — remain the intellectual property of Silvergrove. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use materials provided to you through our Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

All information provided through our Services reflects general knowledge about how retirement provisions commonly work. It does not constitute personal advice of any kind and should not be treated as such. Silvergrove makes no representations about the suitability of any course of action for your individual circumstances.

We do not hold any regulated financial advisory, legal, or accounting licence. Where your situation requires professional advice, we will say so clearly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Silvergrove's liability to you in connection with any Service is limited to the amount paid for that specific Service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our Services or Website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Silvergrove against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services or Website.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

12. Termination

Either party may end a Service arrangement with reasonable written notice. Silvergrove reserves the right to decline service to anyone whose conduct is inappropriate or whose requests fall outside our scope.

On termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due. Prepaid fees for unused services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from it will first be subject to an informal resolution process. If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
• Waiver: A failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our Services following a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
